Great drill on behalf of home handyman
I’ve had this drill about a month and such as it. I upgraded from an old 9v makita and it’s a huge upgrade.
Most of the drills in this price range are high quality tools and the makita’s got all the torque, speed, control of a good quality cordless. What i such as about this drill is the lithium-ion battery. not only is lithium-ion a often environmentally friendly battery than nimh or nicad but they hold their power longer. This means the person who use a drill periodically (opposed to a every day use contractor type) will find their drill still charged and ready to use later than sitting in the closet as 2 weeks. And, the batteries really travel price as fast as they voice they travel.
I also coincide with others who wound up liking the slight led light that points in the manner of what you’re doing. Makita BDF452HW seemed silly in the manner of first but in spite of you’re under a branch or in the back of a cabinet there’s no need to drag a light with you, which is nice.
